Hope you enjoyed your long weekend and used your time wisely!
Just a couple of quick reminders:

  • PE kit should include a white t-shirt, a pair of blue shorts or jogging trousers, and a pair of trainers. Girls, if you wear tights, remember to ensure you have spare socks in your bag. Your kit should be in school all week, as we may have to change our PE time to suit the weather.
  • Year 5 - Swimming money needs to be returned to school as soon as possible.
  • It was lovely to meet so many of your parents at parent's evening, but if they were unable to make it please ask them to arrange an alternative time.
This term is always a very busy and exciting time. You will continue to have homework on a Monday and Friday, but remember that you should be reading and practising your times tables everyday.

Literacy Homework

Your literacy homework is about adjectives. Use the sheets you were given on Wednesday and remember to write your words and sentences into your books, not on the sheet.
Try to use adjectives that are new to you. Can you use an adjective that no one else in 8W will use?
